Location: Suwanee, GA

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for an experienced bookkeeper who can do their job effectively and in a timely manner. Construction/Manufacturing Experience is preferred. This position is fast paced and needs someone who can come in and get the job done and keep up with the duties assigned to them. The person we seek is professional, detail oriented, energetic, smart and very organized.

Core Responsibilities:

  • General ledger posting, reconciliations and prepare reports.
  • Month-end and year-end close.
  • Processing customer transactions.
  • Reconcile invoices,orders and receipts.
  • Work with vendors.
  • Perform other functions and duties as needed and/or assigned.

Requirements:

  • Experienced Bookkeeper/ Accounting Admin/ Data Entry.
  • Good computer skills with a proficiency in Excel & Word.
  • Administrative Duties (filing, faxing etc.). Highly organized.
  • Strong attention to detail with good problem solving skills.
  • High level of confidentiality and integrity.
  • Must be a go getter a person that can multi-task.
  • Great attitude toward company growth.
